Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload to winclo By uploading content, you grant Winclo AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you.

For content generated using our AI tools, you are granted a license to use the generated content in accordance with your subscription plan. Winclo AI retains the right to use anonymized data derived from your use of the service to improve our AI models.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Winclo AI's services to:

• Create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers or networks connected to the services
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Winclo AI's services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Winclo AI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

9. Termination

Winclo AI may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services or contact us to request account deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

Winclo AI reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
